The sun on your skin, the sound of waves, the wind playing in your hair, the birds chirping. Taking time to be in nature. A walk in the woods. A swim in the lake. Sitting on a bench enjoying the view. Nature can help us calm down, recharge our batteries, and find new perspectives.
Experiencing ourselves and nature anew also means exploring new ways of being. Somatic activities in nature open up a wider range of ways we come into contact with nature, learn from it, and allow ourselves to be touched.
Getting to know our own nature, experiencing it anew, and coming into contact with ourselves. This is the interaction that shows us how connected we are. Encountering nature in a new way brings insight and understanding into our own being. In this way, nature can become a source of healing for our lives
